  • Payment information (processed securely by Stripe — we do not store card details)

  • Send you alerts, briefings, and transactional emails
  • Process payments and manage your subscription

  • Monitor and analyse usage patterns to improve the Service

3. Data We Scrape

Sabion scrapes publicly available pricing and catalog information from competitor websites you specify. This data is stored to provide the Service and is not shared with third parties. We only scrape publicly accessible pages and respect robots.txt directives.

4. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

  • Service providers who assist in operating the Service (Supabase, Stripe, Resend, Anthropic, Inngest)
  • Law enforcement when required by law
  • Successors in the event of a merger or acquisition

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

6. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Authentication uses Supabase's secure OTP system — we never store passwords.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate information
  • Request deletion of your information
  • Object to or restrict processing of your information

8. Cookies
